La Bohème: Debut at the Dresden Opera and Appearances in Madrid

This month, Stephen Costello returns to one of his signature roles as Rodolfo in Puccini’s timeless La Bohème.

As opera’s beloved romantic poet – the very role with which he made his professional debut – Costello makes his debut at Germany’s Semperoper Dresden. Starring in Dresden, Costello is joined by Maija Kovalevska as Mimì, Carolina Ullrich as Musetta, and Bogdan Baciu as Marcello.

Costello performs in Dresden on October 28 & 30 and November 4, 2017. Costello then continues as Rodolfo at the Teatro Real in Madrid, Spain, where he leads with Etienne Dupuis as Marcello, Anita Hartig as Mimì, and Joyce El-Khoury as Musetta. He performs in Madrid on December 11, 14, 17, 19, 23, 26, & 29, 2017 and January 2, 4, & 7, 2018.
